More Fantasy help needed this weekend!

Im facing a tough decision who to start in a few positions:

what rb to start: Thomas Jones or Cedric Benson


WR: which 3 to start out of these: wayne, coles, stallworth, berrian, santonio holmes.

RB - Benson, Bears should establish decent run game vs the lions. Bills defense has been playing much better and will play tough vs the Jets.


WR - Wayne, Coles, Berrian, I dont like Stallworth this week because the Redskins secondary is one of the best in the league and while the Pats will still play well I dont see them walking all over the Skins either. And with Hines Ward back, Holmes is still a good play but I like Wayne, Coles, and Berrian this week

wayne, coles and holmes, holmes is playing 1 of the worst D's in the league vs cincy.. there should be enough touchdowns thru the air to spread around for him to grab 1 and be close to 75 yards

I like Benson by a slim edge, although both should have good weeks. At WR, Wayne and Coles are for sure. I'd ride Stallworth again this week. The Skins' secondary is nice but they don't have the speed to contain the Pats' WRs.
